Functional Fitness Workouts

H&H has created a holistic, mindbody ritual to support the totality of the healing process. This daily ritual includes mediation, breathwork, cold therapy, functional mobility exercise, a whole-food anti-inflammatory diet, and a personal development course called Maxim Lab.

Functional mobility is focused on building strength, flexibility, and balance. We have decided to prioritize natural movements that help students with everyday activities.

Here are a few morning workouts we do at the Double H Ranch! Try them out and let us know what you think!
